Used as a stopper or maintaining distance between two coil ID – 38.25mm

To Tank Connector

Terminal having 3/8 & 5/8 brass stud along within 3/8 & 5/8 brass nut inside resp. and 3 nos of (3/8 & 5/8 MS/brass) nut as per requirement male/female are made of dmc and 2 nylon washer.

Used to guide the wire in the variac.

Insulating Sleeve

Placed in-between Variac shaft of 38.25 mm and ARM for isolation 8 better grip.

Frame Bush

Used for isolating bolt, normally used for Frame Isolation. Made of Polyamide Thermoplastic. 10mm ID & 12mm ID.

Ball Bearing Bush 5/8 hole OR 17mm hole

It is help to operate centre shaft very smoothly & it reduce the load of the motor.

Finger Button

If used inside the arm to isolate carbon brush.

Which connect centre pipe & ball bearing bush (as per the drawing).
