Gear for Servo Stabilizer
- Product info : Gear for variac & veriac from 4 amp. To 200 amp. of having shaft of 3/8 inch, 5/8 inch & 38.25 mm diameter.
- Made of : Polyacetal resin commonly known as ‘Delerin' ( a thermo – plastic )
- Application : Currently used in most of Servo Stabilizer manufacture.
- Other Peech :
- Available in 3/8” diameter to inner diameter of 30, 36, 40, 64, 72, 80, 96, 108 teeth Gear.
- Available in 5/8” inner diameter for 36, 48, 60, 64, 72, 80, 96, 108, 120 & 150 teeth Gear.
- Available in 38.25 inner diameter in 120, 150 & 180 teeth.
We can also provide Gears in Aluminium, as per party’s requirement on order basis.

- Product info : Gear available with limit switch operating stick are in 36 teeth with 3/8, 48 teeth with 3/8” inch ID & 5/8“ inch ID with Al. Bush.
- Made of : Polyacetal resin commonly known as ‘Delerin'(a thermo – plastic)
- Application : Currently used in most of Servo Stabilizer manufacture.
- Other Peech :
- For Gear 72 teeth & 120 teeth provision Is made for Limit Switch.
- Operating Stick (Apply 5mm screw as per your requirement along with nut).
- Product info : Gear used in servo stabilizer for speed charge from motor to drive.
- Made of : thermo plastic
- Application : Currently used for reduction in speed of variac
- Specification :
- Available in 40/20, 48/16 in 3/8”, 10mm ID, 48/12 in 1/4 inch ID 60/16 & 16/30 teeth gear with Sinted Bush.

- Gear of 12 teeth, 16 teeth, 20 teeth, 24 teeth Product info : for synchronous motor (3 kg cm to 20 kg cm torque) for servo stabilizer.
- Made of : Polyacetal resin (thermo – plastic)
- Application : Commonly used by most of synchronous motor manufacture. 3 kg cm, 10 kg cm, 20 kg cm motor
- Other Peech :
- Available is 3/8 inch ‘D' slot. 8mm ‘D' slot, 9mm ‘D' slot, 10mm ‘D' slot.
- In 24 teeth we have Aluminium bush with 3/8 inch hole diameter.
